1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed at FixPartHub (operated by Shenzhen Buddhist Trading Co., Ltd.) are handled with industrial efficiency. Standard order processing, technical compatibility verification, and packaging take 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after payment verification.
Once your components are securely packed and dispatched from our logistics center, a automated shipping confirmation email containing your real-time tracking pipeline will be issued immediately.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

3. Secure PayPal Address Verification
Critical Merchant Safety Clause: To comply with PayPal Merchant Protection guidelines and prevent fraudulent acquisitions, FixPartHub strictly ships parcels exclusively to the verified billing/delivery address specified at the time of your PayPal checkout. We are legally unable to modify the destination address once the transaction has been cleared by the payment gateway. Please ensure your shipping information is entirely accurate before submitting final payment.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Parcels dispatched across borders may be subject to localized import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs broker clearance fees levied by the destination country’s border authorities.
All financial liabilities and administrative procedures involving customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the importer (the buyer). FixPartHub maintains no operational control over localized customs delays or regional tax adjustments.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a parcel is rendered undeliverable due to inaccurate address data provided by the buyer, or if the shipment is refused/abandoned due to the buyer’s failure to comply with local customs clearance or tax duties, the original shipping costs incurred by our logistics center will not be eligible for refund credit.
