3. Technical Specifications & Aftermarket Compatibility
We supply aftermarket replacement components (including but not limited to clamshell housings, armature rotors, brush kits, and teardown jigs) engineered to meet structural standards and dimensional tolerances. Product descriptions, cross-references, and images are provided with maximum technical transparency.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or cross-reference models provided on the product grids are completely error-free. It remains the buyer’s responsibility to verify physical dimensional alignment or specific factory part numbers before final acquisition.
4. Billing, Pricing & PayPal Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
PayPal & Secured Payment Gateway Clause: By selecting PayPal or any authorized billing gateway at checkout, you expressly authorize Shenzhen Buddhist Trading Co., Ltd. to charge the specified amount to your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all acquisitions made at our store. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or fraudulent dispute initiated without prior consultation with our technical helpdesk, we reserve the right to submit these signed terms, active tracking records, and delivery signatures directly to the financial mediation institution (PayPal Resolution Center) to safeguard transaction validity.
5. Global Shipping, Dispatch Velocity & Customs
We coordinate international distribution channels to serve mechanical workshops, jobsites, and DIY maintenance fields worldwide. While we guarantee shipment velocity and provide robust real-time tracking pipelines, external transit times are subject to international customs clearance procedures and local postal delivery schedules.
Any import duties, localized taxes, or customs broker fees levied upon arrival into the destination country are the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the importer (buyer).
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind our inventory with a professional 30-Day Return Policy. If a component does not fit or you wish to request a refund, you must initiate the request within 30 days of physical delivery via our communication channel (sales@fixparthub.com).
- Returned items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and packed within their original box.
- Parts showing evident signs of tool marks, manual modification, or structural wear due to failed installation attempts will not be eligible for restocking or standard refund credit.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original funding source (e.g., your PayPal balance or linked credit card) once the parts are received and pass quality inspections.
7. Technical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
CRITICAL INSTALLATION SAFETY NOTICE: Mechanical maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and power tool re-shelling carry inherent operational risks. We supply components for professional or knowledgeable technical use.
In no case shall Shenzhen Buddhist Trading Co., Ltd., our directors, employees, or distribution partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, mechanical breakdown, factory downtime, physical injury, or property damage arising from the incorrect manual installation, modification, or misuse of our replacement parts.
