1. 30-Day Guarantee Window

At FixPartHub, we stand behind the precision quality of our hardware components. We provide a professional 30-Day Return Window for our global clientele. You have 30 days from the documented date of physical parcel delivery to request a return or structural refund.

2. Strict Condition Eligibility Criteria

Because mechanical and electrical tool parts (such as armature rotors, brush sets, and tool housings) are precision-cast units, they must be returned in pristine condition to qualify for processing:

  • Items must be completely uninstalled, unused, and unmounted.
  • Items must contain all original hardware components and be packed cleanly within their original factory box.

REJECTION CRITERIA NOTICE: Any replacement part that exhibits distinct tool marks, manual structural modifications, grease/oil residue, or signs of cross-threading due to a failed installation attempt will be strictly disqualified from standard refunds or inventory restocking credit.

3. Allocation of Return Shipping Fees

To establish a transparent mediation framework under PayPal dispute guidelines, shipping liabilities are allocated based on the root cause of the return:

  • Buyer Responsibility (Change of Mind / Incorrect Model Selected): If you ordered an incompatible part size or no longer require the tool mold, you are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked international return transport back to our central warehouse.
  • Seller Responsibility (Defective Item / Wrong Item Dispatched): If our technical center accidentally ships a wrong SKU or the item arrives with structural material damage, FixPartHub will provide a prepaid shipping label or fully credit the return transport costs.

4. How to Initiate a Tracked Return

To initiate an efficient return procedure, please adhere to the following workflow:

Step 1: Issue an official request to our administrative helpdesk at sales@fixparthub.com. Please include your original Order Number and clear digital photos of the uninstalled parts.

Step 2: Once authorized, our legal team will provide the exact warehouse return address coordinates.

Step 3: Dispatch the package via a local tracked carrier and reply with the tracking number. Returns shipped without trackable data cannot be processed if lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Upon physical arrival at our inspection facility, your returned components will undergo a quality inspection within 3 to 5 business days.

Once approved, a full or partial refund credit will be automatically processed back to your original funding source (e.g., your PayPal account balance or linked credit card). Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for international banking networks or PayPal resolution queues to clear the funds back into your statements.
