Why Titanium? The Mechanical Advantage of Grade 5 (TC4)
Most pocket pry bars are made of heavy stainless steel or cheap zinc alloys that either weigh down your pockets or bend under pressure. This tool is CNC machined from Grade 5 (TC4) Titanium.
With a thickness of 8mm, this pry bar offers the rigidity needed to pop stubborn paint cans, pull rusted staples, or open crates without the risk of brittle fracture. Because titanium is 45% lighter than steel but just as strong, this tool provides professional-grade leverage in a 33.8g frame that disappears in your pocket.
Beyond Prying: The “Hidden Hero” Functions
A true EDC tool should justify its pocket space. We’ve integrated three critical functions into the 111mm body:
-
High-Leverage Chisel Tip: The tip is precision-ground for prying, scraping, and wedging. We’ve kept the edges unsharpened (non-bladed) to ensure it is safe to handle and won’t cut your pocket liners.
-
Emergency Seatbelt & Rope Cutter: Tucked into the side profile is a protected cutting notch. This is designed for rapid deployment during automotive emergencies to cut through seatbelts or paracord without exposing a dangerous blade.
-
Mechanical Bottle Opener: Integrated directly into the frame, the opener utilizes the rigid titanium structure to pop caps on the first try, every time.
Precision Machining & Finish
We believe a tool should feel as good as it works. Every edge of the 183E34-9 compatible design (industrial style) features a smooth小倒角 (small chamfer). This ensures that when you apply maximum downward pressure, the tool doesn’t “bite” into your palm.
-
Stone-washed: Hides scratches and wear from heavy daily use.
-
Sand-blasted: Provides a high-friction, tactical matte grip.
-
Colored Anodized: High-voltage electrochemical finish for those who want their EDC to stand out.
-
